Maxim joined Advance Capital (IMAP Russia) in 2011. He focuses on M&A deals in Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining. He has extensive experience of M&A transactions across a number of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Commercial Real Estate and Insurance.

Prior to joining Advance Capital, he worked for 3 years at the Coalco company group, as Head of the M&A department and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a company group involved in an oil exploration project in Kazakhstan. From 2005-2007 he was part of the M&A department at Renova group, where he participated in M&A transactions involving both private and public companies in Russia and abroad.

Maxim graduated from Moscow Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and is a CFA charterholder.
