Florian Müller is responsible for structuring and executing cross-sector national and international M&A transactions.

Since 2017, Florian has been part of the IMAP team and has extensive experience in advising on mid-cap deals. In recent years, he has primarily supported owner-managed companies throughout the sales process, facilitating transactions with international publicly listed companies, (mid-sized) corporations, and financial investors.

Florian holds a Master of Science in Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Oestrich-Winkel and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Heidelberg University. As part of his master's program, he completed a semester abroad at Università Bocconi in Milan.
