Prior to joining FRG, Benjamin held progressive general management positions in the Life Sciences division of Saint-Gobain, focused on the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology markets. In these global roles spanning 8 years, he led major evolutions in product offering and channels to market, partnerships, industrial projects, integration of several acquisitions, and overall structured the business for organic growth. Benjamin also held Strategy and M&A positions in Specialty Polymers and technical Ceramics for a total of 4 years, with responsibility over target sourcing, valuation, and deal execution, with a focus on Life Sciences, Biopharma and Environmental end markets. Benjamin’s deep expertise in Life Sciences, hands-on experience in growing and scaling businesses, and his financial acumen make him a valuable asset for the firm’s clients.

Benjamin graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris, completed a PhD in Molecular Biology at the Pasteur Institute  and holds a MBA from the College des Ingénieurs of Paris.
