He has over 15 years of experience in advising and executing numerous high-profile transactions, including cross-border deals, public offerings, and private placements. He also specializes in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, Amjad worked with Regulus Capital, UAE, Kuwait Finance House, Kuwait as an Investment Manager, and National Portfolio Securities, Jordan as an Investment Advisor.
