IMAP has advised Groupe Kardham on the acquisition of GABITECO, a family-owned business specializing in design&build, providing design, architecture and project management services of workspaces for companies and corporations.

This acquisition provides Kardham with a local presence and perfect knowledge of the Spanish market to support its clients’ developments in Southern Europe. Likewise, it will allow Kardham to gain further efficiency and competitiveness in the Spanish market, as well as an opportunity to extend and strengthen its presence in the Portuguese market by brining GABITECO’s design & build expertise to its Portuguese subsidiary.
