Represented Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de Colombia in its sale to Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners (BREP) of 57.6% of the outstanding common shares of Isagen S.A. (“Isagen”) from the Colombian government. The transaction aligns with Brookfield´s objective of building its global renewable energy business with high quality, predominantly hydro assets.
