Transport Company Ville Silvasti Ltd, a Finland-based provider of special and heavy transports as well as project logistics services, has acquired Frank Nørager & Co. Holding A/S, the largest special transportation company in Denmark specializing in wind power logistics. The cross-border transaction makes Silvasti the largest special transport company in Northern Europe, with revenues of close to EUR 50 million and personnel of nearly 200.

The acquisition strengthens the Silvasti Group’s expertise in wind power logistics, which is a key focus area for the company.
