With over three decades of operation, Benvig Heat Transfer, boasting an annual revenue of EUR 8 million, has solidified its position as a respected manufacturer and supplier of heat exchange systems across various countries in the European Union, Central, and Western Europe. The company's primary product offerings include air-cooled heat exchangers, tubular heat exchangers, and air-cooled condensers. Benvig Heat Transfer also provides additional engineering products associated with heat exchange systems.

Multicraft Group, a diversified industrial holding with a turnover exceeding EUR 50 million, encompasses more than 20 companies spanning power engineering, mechanical engineering, automation systems, plastics processing, and logistics. The group delivers comprehensive technologies, including installation and specialized materials and components, to sectors such as power engineering, mechanical engineering, and the petrochemical industry.

The IMAP team, led by Radek Schmied and Petr Sedlar, provided exclusive advisory services to the private equity group exiting Benvig throughout an exceptionally swift M&A process that concluded in less than three months.
