IMAP provided advice to the IPARLAT GROUP in relation to the sale process to Clean Sustainable Energy Spain (CSE Spain) of a 12 MWe Power Cogeneration Plant, belonging to its ESNELAT production plant located in Urnieta (Gipuzkoa).
