The educational company Four Front, operating five high schools in Sweden, has been acquired by John Bauer Organisation AB.

Four Front was founded in 2002 and operates five schools in Örebro, Uppsala, Karlstad, Västerås and Eskilstuna. The company has experienced a strong growth since they started five years ago and today the company has over 2,000 students, 180 employees and a turnover around 140 MSEK with good margins.

The buyer, John Bauer Organization AB has operated high schools since 1999, when the first John Bauer High School was opened in Jönköping. The schools are managed as private schools and are located at 29 locations around Sweden. The John Bauer High Schools have around 11,000 students in the age 16 to 19 year, over 1,000 employees and a turnover around 800 MSEK.
