Advised FlexXray LLC in an investment by Barton Creek Equity Partners, the terms of which were not disclosed. FlexXray is a contract food safety and inspection company serving the food manufacturing industry. The Company provides state-of-the-art X-ray inspection for foreign-body contaminants (e.g. metal, plastic or rubber parts from food processing machinery), canned good “dud detection”, packaging and other related services to food manufacturers. FlexXray also offers complete turn-key services from logistics to disposal and is approved for handling refrigerated, frozen and dry goods products.

Based in Austin, Texas, Barton Creek Equity Partners invests in privately held manufacturing, business services and distribution companies in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado and the surrounding states.

With the investment from Barton Creek Equity Partners, FlexXray will be able to enhance and expand its services and geographic coverage in the coming years.
