Advised a group of international investment funds on the purchase of Auto Estradas do Douro Litoral, one of the largest private road operators in Lisbon.

An investor group, comprised of Strategic Value Partners LLC and Cross Ocean Adviser LLP planned to acquire an undisclosed majority interest in the bankrupt AEDL-Auto-Estradas Do Douro Litoral SA, a Cascais-based provider of road transportation support services, from Brisa Auto-Estradas de Portugal SA, via an unsolicited offer.
