Tribby is a Strategic Advisor with Falls River Group who brings significant C-Suite experience as a CEO and Global Executive Officer in the global Automotive, Industrials, and Distribution markets. Tribby has a proven track record of achievement in defining and executing strategies that deliver value creation and competitive advantage. As a Strategic Advisor to Falls River Group, Tribby is responsible for working with owners and companies on the initial transaction and strategic planning process and then working with the FRG team to provide financial analysis, preparing go-to-market materials and due diligence management. In her most recent position as the CEO of APC Automotive Technologies, she navigated the company through a financial restructuring and a successful bankruptcy process that significantly reduced its balance sheet debt and facilitated new senior secured term loans to finance its go-forward operations and successful divesture of the business units to strategic buyers. In addition to her APC experience, Tribby held executive positions at Kaman Corporation and Gates Corporation.
