Capstone Partners advised Ashco Exteriors — a leading provider of residential storm restoration and exterior remodeling services — on its recapitalization with an undisclosed private equity sponsor.

Founded in 2000 in Minneapolis, Ashco Exteriors has established itself as a leading provider of insurance restoration services primarily for residential homeowners. Ashco Exteriors offers various complementary services including roofing, siding, windows, gutters and other exterior products and services. Over the course of its history, Ashco has successfully completed nearly 15,000 projects across numerous states and is among the largest restoration and remodeling service providers in the U.S.
