Awetis GmbH ("AWETIS") has sold 100% of the shares of its subsidiary Awetis Systems GmbH & Co. KG to Freudenberg Group, headquartered in Weinheim, as part of their insolvency proceedings in self-administration.

KG is a provider of production-related IT for process optimization, production management and transparent data collection.
