Andreas Widholz is Partner at IMAP Germany. He focuses on transactions in the segments industrial technology and digital technology. Andreas has more than 15 years of professional experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory and is responsible for the structuring and implementation of national and international buy and sell mandates in the medium-sized company sector. He has extensive corporate finance expertise and has led numerous international transactions of family-owned companies, corporations and financial investors.

Before joining IMAP, Andreas was Partner and founding member of an M&A boutique in Munich since 2016. Previously, he had already been active for IMAP in Germany for two years, most recently as a Partner. He also gained experience at Ferber & Co. GmbH, Doertenbach & Co. GmbH and KPMG.

Andreas holds a degree in business administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt Ingolstadt (WFI). He also spent a semester abroad at the Universitas Udayana Denpasar, Bali / Indonesia.
