IMAP is pleased to announce that Molenaar & Lok Consultancy (‘MLC’) has been acquired by IG&H. MLC is a renowned consultancy firm in the field of digital transformation and customer excellence. IG&H is a leading digital transformation and consulting firm and a portfolio company of IK Partners.
MLC supports organisations by building an optimal digital process environment characterised by a customer-centric, solution-driven, and pragmatic approach. It provides a suite of services under the umbrella of Digital Process Transformation: customer experience management, operational excellence, and process control, as well as different technology applications. The company has grown rapidly over recent years to 45 consultants and serves clients in the Financial Services, Real Estate, Retail, and Logistics sectors. MLC ranked seventh in MT Sprout’s 2022 expertise ranking of strategy and organisation consultancies focused on digital transformations.
IG&H is a leading digital transformation and consulting firm based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, specialised in digital end-to-end transformation in the Retail, Financial Services, and Healthcare sectors. It has more than 400 employees with seven locations across the Netherlands, Portugal, and Germany. Since IK Partners acquired a majority stake in August 2022, IG&H has successfully executed a buy-and-build strategy and completed four acquisitions.
MLC offers process transformation, something every organization needs in their digital transformation, according to Joost van de Meent, CEO of IG&H, who feels that MLC is the missing piece of the puzzle to support companies in their end-to-end transformations. Moreover, IH&H and MLC’s industry expertise is highly complementary, and both companies share the same core values.
The IMAP Netherlands team, led by Guillaume Petit, Steven Klaren, and Rens Wisman, exclusively advised MLC on this transaction, supporting them in preparing, negotiating, and successfully closing the transaction.
