Capstone Partners (IMAP USA) advised Nevada Heart and Vascular Center, LLP (NHVC), a provider of comprehensive cardiac and vascular services, on its Structured Investment and Recapitalization from Oaktree Capital Management (Oaktree), and Alvarez and Marsal Capital Partners, LLC (A&M). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
