Bill is a Senior Advisor at MPA and is involved in transaction origination and execution. Widely regarded as one of Canada’s leading M&A advisors, he has acted as a trusted Lead Advisor to CEOs, boards of directors and board committees on over $100 billion of M&A transactions over the past 35 years. He has advised clients on some of the most complex and ground breaking transactions in the Canadian marketplace.

Bill has a BSc and an LLB, both from the the Univerity of Toronto. He is a frequent Lecturer at universities and industry conferences and has made many contributions to industry publications.
