Goffredo joined Vitale in 2024 as Senior Advisor. He has over 20 years of experience in Corporate & Investment Banking.

Before joining Vitale Goffredo was Head of Group Specialised Lending at UniCredit, where he was responsible for all the structured finance businesses of the group ranging from leveraged finance and corporate structured finance, to project finance and real estate finance. He was also heading the securitisation business and portfolio management as well. Prior to that he was Co-Head of Financing & Advisory and previously Head of Corporate Acquisition Finance Italy. Goffredo was also voting member and Vice Chairman of the Group Transaction Credit Committee and member of the Supervisory Board  of Unicredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Previously, Goffredo  had different roles in the CIB division of BNP Paribas Italy.
