IMAP has advised SachsenEnergie AG on the acquisition of three solar parks in Poland. With the acquisition of the three PV parks under construction with a total capacity of 23 MWp, SachsenEnergie is continuing the expansion of green electricity production in Saxony and neighboring countries.
The portfolio includes the Jawor (12.0 MWp), Jelenia Góra 1 (6.7 MWp), and Jelenia Góra 2 (4.4 MPWp) parks in the Lower Silesia region of western Poland. As part of the agreement, the seller, ONDE SA, will continue the construction of the parks until completion.

The largest municipal utility in eastern Germany is actively driving the intelligent transition of energy generation toward renewable energies. SachsenEnergie's goal is to generate four to five terawatt hours of green energy by 2040.
The listed company ONDE SA is a project developer in the field of renewable energies and the market leader in the planning and construction of infrastructure for wind and photovoltaic plants in Poland. The company is part of the listed ERBUD Group, a leading Polish general contractor with operations in Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.
