The leading international provider of water treatment solutions is a portfolio company of Advent International. 

Aqua Vital Holding GmbH, Neuss, Germany

Aqua Vital, based in Neuss, has been producing and selling water dispensers since 1999 and has been a Halder subsidiary since 2013.
The company provides commercial customers with end-to-end solutions for water dispensers, including installation, technical service and supply of consumables.
Aqua Vital maintains more than 60,000 installed units under rental agreements, most of which run over several years.
