Union Biztosító and Doktor24 have established a joint venture to build a nationwide network of private healthcare providers, primarily through acquisitions and secondarily through greenfield investments. The goal of the First Private Health Network is to make high-quality insurance and healthcare services available throughout the country.
Concorde MB Partners (IMAP Hungary) acted as financial advisor to Union Insurance in setting up the joint venture and building its syndicate structure.
