BT Italia S.p.A. ("BT Italia") - a company of the BT Group - completed the sale of 100% of the share capital of BT Enìa S.p.A. (a wholly owned subsidiary) to Retelit S.p.A. ("Retelit" or "Retelit Group"), an Italian TLC operator entirely focused on the B2B market.

With the acquisition of BT Enìa, the Retelit Group strengthens the fiber network in Italy that it owns - now more than 40,000 km - and adds the Parma Data Center to its capillary network of Data Centers that extends from Bolzano to Bari, for a total of more than 30 Data Centers, server farms and PoPs. The acquisition will enable the Retelit Group to strengthen its presence in the Emilia-Romagna region and its positioning toward Enterprise and Public Administration customers.
