IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam acted as Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner in FoncièreInéa’s capital increase on Euronext Paris.

FoncièreInéa, a specialist in green office buildings listed on Euronext Paris, raised €107.3 million via the issuance of 2,385,221 new shares at €45 per share.

The transaction was structured as a rights issue. The rights issue required the structuring of 75% of take-up of the rights ahead of the launch that had been built through the commitments of existing shareholders, including the management (GEST), and 5 new investors accounting for €57 million (SURAVENIR, SCI Allianz Invest Pierre, Hazelview, FamilleLasry and La Bruyère).

The settlement, delivery and admission took place on June 24, 2022.

The €107.3 million capital increase accounts for 28.2% of pre-money capital. The proceeds of the capital increase will be dedicated to growth financing with the aim of achieving a €2 billion portfolio by the end of 2026. The company aims to maintain its LTV below the 50% mark.
