Scalian, a French group with an international reach specializing in management consulting and digital technology, strengthened its service offering with the acquisition of HR Team, a service company specializing in information systems and digital transformation. 

With an important regional network in France and anchor points in Brussels and Madrid, HR Team addresses the main issues encountered by its customers and offers high level of expertise in different forms: fixed price, service centers , etc. The company supports more than 150 clients in 5 areas of expertise that complement and strengthen Scalian's offer, namely cybersecurity, the cloud, artificial intelligence, change management and software engineering. 

Owned until now by the financial investor B & Capital and its co-founders, Mr. Bronzini and Mr. Dray, HR Team joins the Scalian Group to form a group of 4,800 people, achieving a consolidated turnover pro forma of more than €400 million. The 850 consultants, the HR Team management of around 100 people and its management team will integrate the DS (Digital Systems) division of Scalian in France while retaining their organization and their customers. Synergies will be created by business communities and coordinated HR systems, and by the multiplication of offers across all perfectly complementary customer portfolios.
