IBERMÁTICA acquired 100% of ITS SECURITY´s share capital, and both companies add strengths with the aim of reaching a turnover of 25 million Euros in cyber security services in 2024.

Founded in 2007, ITS SECURITY, until now a member of the Egile industrial group, is a company specialising in cyber security services (IT and OT) with a prominent position in the market thanks to its “expertise” and own developed solutions.

The company provides coverage throughout the national territory with physical offices in Madrid, Gipuzkoa, Biscay and Navarre, and has many clients in sectors such as PPAA, Health, Energy and Utilities, Transport, Industry 4.0, Smart cities and ICT.

IBERMÁTICA, established in 1973 in the Basque Country, is a Spanish company specialising in the provision of services in the information technology field, both in Spain and internationally, with a presence in over 10 countries in Europe and America.

Its activities are focused on the fields of consultancy, infrastructure services, information systems integration, outsourcing and implementation of integrated business management solutions. It is likewise present in the main activity sectors (Finance, Insurance, Industry, Services, Telecommunications & Media, Health, Utilities and PPAA), where it offers industry-specific solutions.
