Advised Honegger on acquisition of Onet's client portfolio
Honegger took over the facility management business activities of Onet (Suisse). The family-owned company thus significantly expanded its position in Western Switzerland.
Onet (Suisse) SA belongs to the French Groupe Onet and is primarily active in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Due to a strategic realignment, Groupe Onet will hand over the Facility Management division to Honegger as of June 1, 2022. The family-owned company headquartered in Köniz will take over the current customer contracts as well as the employment relationship with the approximately 420 employees at the locations in Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel. Explicitly excluded from the sale are all activities related to the nuclear sector of Groupe Onet.
