TRP is a company specializing in HVAC contracting and maintenance services in the Turku region. The company employs approximately 90 experts, and its turnover in 2022 was around 15 million euros.

TRP will continue its operations under its own brand and will have access to the support, expertise, and resources of the Habeo Group. After the transaction, Habeo Group employs over 700 professionals in technical building services with an estimated turnover of over 150 million euros. The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by competition authorities.

Habeo Group implements its strategy by acquiring successful, locally operating Finnish technical building services companies and is currently the fifth-largest player in its field in Finland. The group operates nationwide and provides services in water and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical work, cooling and refrigeration technology, fire safety, and building automation.
