Concorde MB PArtners - IMAP Hungary, is pleased to announce that  they have closed another successful transaction! At the beginning of June 2023, Dr. Viktor Nyíri's investment group bought a stake in Attrecto Next Tech Digital Solutions, which deals with software development.Concorde MB Partners supported the investor in his entry into the company.

Attrecto Zrt., founded in 2010 and currently employing more than 50 employees, plays a major role in the Hungarian IT development market. In its offices in Gy?r and Budapest, it provides software design and development services in web and mobile environments.

Dr. Viktor Nyíri as an investor is not unknown in the life of the company; the investment fund he manages was previously the owner of Attrecto; his exit was under MBO (Management Buy-out). The investor's return to the company was due to a change in the company's strategy. As Gergely Kiss, founder and owner of the company puts it: "Since the appearance of chatGPT, AI technologies have received significant publicity and the market is changing and developing extremely quickly. We at Attrecto have been intensively working on the application possibilities of artificial intelligence for several years and have acquired world-class knowledge. Together with the new investor, our goal is for Attrecto to become a significant player in this market as well, both domestically and internationally."
