ATP, based in the province of Turin, specializes in supplying a wide range of industrial components: linear guides, bearings, pneumatics, bolts, mechanical transmissions, hydraulics, gearboxes and seals. The company serves more than 1,000 industrial customers. It supports them with high value-added pre-sales and after-sales services, plant maintenance and cutting center for guides, screws and shanks.

The transaction represents for Berardi the fifth add-on completed following the entry of H.I.G. in its share capital in February, 2022 (with a controlling interest). The transaction reflects Berardi's strategy of constantly expanding, also through M&A, the services offered to customers. The investment will allow Berardi to expand its product portfolio in categories that are highly synergistic for its clients, while strengthening its geographic coverage and level of service in the Northwestern Italy.
