The new brand Cerios has brought together four prominent companies—Salves, Valori, De Agile Testers, and Quality Accelerators—under a single holding structure, forming a 'House of Brands' in the quality and software testing market. This strategic collaboration is designed to strengthen their market position, particularly in a consolidating industry. By integrating these companies, which together employ over 400 consultants, Cerios aims to create more opportunities for its employees and offer a broader range of services to clients, all while preserving each company's unique identity and autonomy. 

Cerios' unified approach allows the brand to enhance its offerings with specialized knowledge and innovative (testing) services, supported by the recent acquisition of the test management software tool Supportbook. This collaboration is a significant step in achieving the growth ambitions of Salves, a move backed by Avedon Capital Partners, who invested in the company last year. 

Christ Coppens, CEO of Cerios and founder of Salves, emphasized that while the companies will work closely together under the Cerios brand, they will retain their individual names, cultures, and areas of specialization. This approach ensures that each company can continue to provide high-quality services tailored to their specific strengths, benefiting both employees and clients. The focus on retaining consultants in a tight labor market is seen as crucial, with the partnership offering more career opportunities and the ability to work across different sectors. 

By combining their expertise, the companies within Cerios can guarantee the quality and continuity needed for larger projects and tenders, giving clients access to a diverse range of services and specialized knowledge. The collaboration within this 'House of Brands' strengthens the overall proposition, enabling the companies to innovate and set market standards, particularly in agile testing. 

Avedon Capital Partners views Cerios as a strong platform for further growth, both organically and through acquisitions, with a distinctive position in the rapidly growing market for quality and software testing. This unique setup allows the independent companies within Cerios to benefit from economies of scale while maintaining their authenticity and focus on innovation.
