The integration of AD Retail, a consumer electronics retailer boasting 70 nationwide stores, and Empresas La Polar (SN:NUEVAPOLAR), a department store retailer with a presence in 39 stores across the country, not only creates substantial synergies but also paves the way for future expansion, creating a robust impact within Chile’s Retail sector.

This strategic transaction also included the refinancing of the financial liabilities of both AD Retail and Empresas La Polar, a key step in securing the long-term sustainability of their business operations. The transaction empowers both companies to strengthen and solidify their presence in the Chilean market, thereby fortifying the Retail sector in the region.
