Valentina has advised national and international companies and private equity funds on several mergers & acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border) and debt-related transactions (including in proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law), mainly in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Industrial sectors.

Her previous experience was with Deutsche Bank in the M&A team, covering Italy.

Valentina's practice areas are M&A, joint ventures, restructuring and financial advisory and she has expertise in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods and Restructuring sectors.

Valentina is a graduate in Economics and Finance at the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome.
