Thierry is a Manager at The Corporate Finance Group in Zurich, where he is managing and supporting sell-side and buy-side mandates, conducting financial due diligence, and performing valuations across different industries. Before joining The Corporate Finance Group, Thierry was an Investment Manager at Emerald Technology Ventures, and led various investments from a financial, legal and commercial perspective. Prior to Emerald Technology Ventures, Thierry was the Corporate Development Lead at UMB AG, one of the biggest cloud and IT services provider in Switzerland. During his tenure, the Company grew from 380 to over 800 employees. Before that, Thierry was already active as an M&A Consultant at The Corporate Finance Group. He holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
