Stefaan Genoe is Managing Partner of Degroof Petercam Investment Banking (Belgium). He joined Degroof Petercam in 1997 and started his career as an analyst covering Belgian listed companies. After being in charge of the research at Petercam Amsterdam, he became head of research Petercam Group in 2004. Since September 2015, he was head of equity analysis at Bank Degroof Petercam, before joining the Corporate Finance department in 2020.

Stefaan has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, Equity Investment, Valuation, Capital Allocation Strategy, M&A and Capital Markets transaction. In his career, he has been directly or indirectly involved in many IPO, SPO and M&A transactions and has developed a deep knowledge of the Belgian Corporate landscape.

Stefaan holds a Master's degree in Commercial Sciences from the University of Leuven (KUL, Brussels), specializing in accountancy.
