Ricardo worked for 4 years at the Instituto Multidisciplinar de Empresa (IME) as head of operations, coordinating the areas of training, research and consulting, participating in various business valuation and strategic consulting projects.

In 2017, he founded Empresax, an M&A boutique distinguished by the application of innovative methodologies and technology. In recent years he has led and participated in more than 20 projects for the sale of companies, valuation and strategic consulting, especially in the food and beverage sector, organic farming, construction, technology and services. He is co-founder of the Mergers and Acquisitions Podcast, interviewing owners, managers and investors of the main companies, startups and private equity investors.

In 2023, he joins IMAP – Albia Capital as a partner in the Madrid office.

Law degree and Business diploma from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He continued his studies in Debt Advisory at Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), in Corporate Finance at Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and in Commercial Contractual Practice at the Universidad Complutense. He has launched and participated in numerous projects around the Internet and the creation of online communities and is currently a member of Nova Talent, a global network of high-potential professionals.
