Jean-Luc brings over 22 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment banking and Private Equity. Jean-Luc started his career with ABN Amro, where he worked for 10 years, lastly as Co-Head of the Global Consumer team. Jean-Luc then made the transition to ING as a Managing Director of their Corporate Finance group. From ING he moved to Merrill Lynch to manage their M&A activities in the Benelux region. Thereafter he joined PwC and Dasym before founding 1602. Jean-Luc brings a powerful network and extensive deal making and structuring expertise and experience, which allows us to deliver the best possible results for our clients.
