Daniele has over 25 years of experience in the financial advisory industry and has been involved in many large corporate finance transactions, including de-listings, securities placement, international joint ventures and restructuring of holding companies. 

Prior to that, he was a Director at Lazard Italia, responsible for Banking, Insurance and Financial Services. He also worked with Vitale & Borghesi after his time as an analyst at the Corporate Finance Division at Gemina.

His practice areas are M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and financial advisory and he has significant sector expertise in Financial Services, Industrials, Telecommunications, Media, Aerospace and Defense and Non-food Retail.

Daniele holds a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
