SwePart Transmission is a modern and competitive manufacturer of precision gear, customer-specific gearboxes and other transmission components for industry and vehicles. In close cooperation with their customers, they take overall responsibility for the development, construction and manufacture of components and transmission solutions. The company has two modern production facilities, one in Liatorp and one in Sibbhult.
Merlinum AB, owned by Sture Andersson in Ljungby, intends to acquire long-term businesses in the engineering industry. Sture is associated with a number of truck companies that he has successfully participated in the development of.
Merlinum AB intends to develop and work long term with SwePart Transmission.
