Börjessons Plåt & Svets AB (BPS) is a contract manufacturer with a focus on laser cutting, water cutting, bending and finishing, in both large and small series. The company's customers are leading and reputable companies, primarily in Industry, VA & Construction, Material Handling, Trucks and Interior & Architecture. The company was founded in 1981 and in 2015 Fredrik and Joakim Börjesson acquired the business from their father. Today, the company has sales of just under SEK 50 million with very good profitability.

Over the past five years, BPS has made significant machine investments, which has led to improved productivity and efficiency. Now the company was facing the next step on its growth journey and the current owners realized that together with a new strong owner they could grow even faster and develop the organization in a good way for the future.
