IMAP Japan (Pinnacle) -  being IMAP’s sole member in Japan, is a Tokyo-based M&A advisory firm founded in 2004. Our founder and CEO Ikuo Yasuda has more than 35 years of M&A expertise, being a pioneer of Japanese M&A advisory and having built relationships with the top management of many of Japan’s major companies.
Our team, consisting of members with prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital and accounting, is dedicated to help clients achieve maximum value enhancement and achieve their business and M&A strategies.
Our cross-border team is fluent in Japanese and various foreign languages and helps clients successfully navigate differences in culture and business practices.
Pinnacle joined IMAP in 2009 to support our growing cross border business and have access to top local M&A experts in major geographies. IMAP, with its teams of sector experts, is also an important part of our strategy to provide relevant industry expertise to clients.
