IMAP is pleased to announce that Degroof Petercam– IMAP France acted as financial advisor to UI Investissement and GENEO Capital in raising bank financing for the acquisition of Didactic alongside the Management Team and co-investors Bpifrance and MACSF.

Didactic is an international group specialized in the manufacture of devices and products for the prevention and control of infections, mainly for healthcare institutions (public and private hospitals). Didactic's devices and products are key to the operation of healthcare institutions. The Group reports revenues of around €70m.

The syndicated facility was arranged with 5 French banks and a debt fund. This financing is topped up by committed capex/acquisition lines, which will enable the Group to finance acquisitions overseas.

DegroofPetercam’s main responsibilities were to assist the new shareholders in the negotiation and coordination with the banks for the new financing.
