IMAP advised the shareholders of software specialist and service provider Raynet GmbH (Raynet) on the participation of PINOVA Capital (PINOVA). Founder and CEO Ragip Aydin will keep a significant stake in Raynet. As part of the partnership, PINOVA and Raynet will jointly focus on international growth and software innovation.
