Elektramat and investment company Parcom have reached an agreement for Parcom to join the online electrical wholesaler as a co-shareholder. Founder Ruud Pierik and Managing Director Mike van Klaveren will remain significant shareholders in the company, and Mike van Klaveren will continue in his role as Managing Director. Parcom will join as a partner to support Elektramat in its (international) growth strategy.

Elektramat, founded in 2006, is an online electrical wholesaler and specialist in distribution boards and electrical materials. From its headquarters in Enschede, Elektramat’s 400 employees ship custom-made distribution boards and other products within 24 hours to both professional and private customers in the Benelux. Thanks to its distinctive product proposition, wide range of products, and strong online platform, Elektramat has experienced rapid growth and professionalization in recent years. Currently, a second location of 36,000 square meters is being constructed in Almelo. 

There are ambitious plans for the coming years, both for further growth in the Benelux and for expansion beyond it. To facilitate this growth, Elektramat has brought on investment company Parcom as a partner.
