Investindustrial has acquired from the Ferraioli family a 63% stake of the listed Italian group La Doria. Investindustrial will then launch a mandatory public offer on the remaining share capital of the Group.

La Doria, a company listed on the MTA Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, is the leading producer in Europe of private label pulses, peeled and chopped tomatoes in the modern trade channel and one of the main producers in Italy of fruit juices and beverages. The Company is also Europe's leading producer of private label ready-made sauces. Its 2020 turnover was €848.1 million, 97% of which was generated through the private label segment with leading national and international retailers.
