IMAP advised the international group BOS GmbH & Co. KG (BOS), a leading automotive supplier, on the participation of the ESSVP IV funds (ESSVP) advised by Orlando Management AG (Orlando). ESSVP acquires a significant minority stake from the family shareholders, who remain majority shareholders, thus strengthening the company's financial power and balance sheet. As part of the partnership, BOS and ESSVP will jointly focus on international growth and further development of strategic product segments.

BOS is a global leading and innovative tier 1 automotive supplier with a comprehensive portfolio of kinematic and mechatronic system solutions for the interior and exterior of modern vehicles.
