Terminal Investment Limited (TIL), controlled by MSC Group, acquired a majority stake of Trieste Marine Terminal S.p.A. (TMT), from T.O. Delta S.p.A., a company controlled by the Maneschi Family,

In the context of the transaction, the Maneschi family will maintain a 20% minority stake in the Company. 

TMT is a primary Italian port operator that currently manages a strategical container terminal port in Trieste offering a wide range of services mainly for significant international logistic operators. The Company operates on over 400.000 m2 yard area used for storage (actual capacity of ca 950kTeus) and on a berth for the terminal operations. From 2017 to 2021, TMT grew at a strong pace mainly due to a significant growth in terms of volumes handled.

Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as financial advisor of the Maneschi family offering support in the structuring of the transaction, in the negotiation phases and in the coordination of all the transaction related activities.
