Erafönster, founded in 1968 by Elsy and Rolf Andersson, manufactures windows and doors. Sale is focused within the Swedish area, but they also sell to Japan which represent 17 % of the total revenue.
Through the acquisition, the buyer Inwido Sweden will increase their production capacity. Inwido is the leading company within windows and doors on the Scandinavian market and has manufacturer units in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Russia and UK.
