Rahel is a Senior Consultant at The Corporate Finance Group in Bern, Switzerland, specializing in both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, as well as corporate finance advisory across a diverse range of industries. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, she served as an Investment Analyst at BV Holding, a local PE firm in Switzerland. During this time, her area of responsibility included portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and company valuation, with the resulting outcomes contributing to strategic investment decisions. Rahel holds a Master of Science BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bern and obtained the CFA® designation in April 2024.
